We Believe

the Bible is the inerrant, infallible inspired and the true Word of God consisting of sixty-six books and from which there is no appeal.

2 Tim. 3:16; Pet. 1:21; 1 Cor. 2:13

We Believe

in the Holy Trinity, God being three persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory having the same attributes and perfections.

Matt. 1:8; 3:16,17; John 17:5; Phil. 2:5,6; Gal. 4:4

We Believe

We Believe

the Lord Jesus Christ will return.

a. His return in the air to call His Church is imminent, personal and pre-millennial.

Acts 1:11; 1 Thes. 1:10; 4:13-18; Rev. 20:1-6

b. His return to the Earth, with His Church, is physical, literal and glorious at which time He will reign in righteousness and justice over all nations.

Luke 1:32; Zech. 14:4-11; Isa. 9:6,7; Rev: 19:11-16

We Believe

The Holy Spirit is a person. He convicts the world of sin and righteousness. He is the Supernatural person of God who regenerates. We believe there is one baptism with The Spirit and that it is into the Body of Christ. He indwells and sseals each believer unto the day of redemption.

Pentecost is an historic event and is not to be repeated, therefore we do not accept speaking in tongues is associated with the receiving of The Holy Spirit or as evidence of His fullness.

The Holy Spirit is the Divine Teacher who guides believers into all truth. It is the privilege and responsibility of believers to be filled with The Holy Spirit.

John 1:32-34; 3:3-6; 16:8-11; Acts 4:31; 13:9,52; 1 Cor. 2:9-12; 12:13; Eph. 1:13,14; 5:18-20

We Believe

that man was created in the image and likeness of God, but that in Adam's sin man fell, we inherited a sinful nature and became alienated from God and that mankind is totally depraved and of himself is utterly unable to remedy his lost condition

Gen 1:26,27; Eccl. 7:29; Rom. 3:23; 5:12-19; Isa. 59:2; Eph. 2:2-15,12

We Believe

that salvation is the gift of God brought to mankind by grace. Salvation is received by personal faith in The Lord Jesus Christ. All who receive Christ are born again of The Holy Spirit and thereby are adopted into His family, thereby become the children of God and are kept by the power of God

We Believe

that God clearly forbids the abuse of Christian liberty and does not give license to yield to the lust of the flesh.

Eph. 2:8,9; Titus 3:5; Acts 16:31; Rom. 6:1-4, 11-13; 10:13; Jn. 3:3-6

We Believe

God does hear and answer the prayer of faith., in accordance to His own will.

Jer. 33:3; James 1:5-7; Matt. 6:10

We Believe

salvation and forgiveness of sin is in the atonement for this age. We do not accept the teaching that the divine healing of the body is the atonement for this present age.

Luke 22:42; Eph. 5:17; 2 Cor. 12:7; 1 Jn. 5:14;, 154; Isa. 53:5; 1 Pet. 2:24

We Believe

that all believers are to live in a manner not to bring reproach upon our Savior and Lord and that separation from all religious apostasy, all worldly, sinful pleasures, practices, and associations is commanded by God.

Rom. 6; Eph. 4:1,22-24; 5:8-11; Gal. 5:16; 2 Cor. 6:14-18; Jn. 2:15-

We Believe

THE "Great Commission" of our Lord Jesus Christ to give the Gospel to every creature throughout the world is still a command to every believer.

Matt. 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Rom. 10:13-

We Believe

Satan is a real being and the author of lies and of sin. He caused the fall of mankind. Satan is the declared enemy of God and man. Satan has already been judged by God and will be punished eternally in the lake of fire.

Gen. 3:1-13; Job 1:8; Ezek. 28:15; Rev. 12:10; 20:10; 1 Pet. 5:8

We Believe

the Scriptures teach that all those who are saved in the name of The Lord Jesus Christ will enjoy eternity in full happiness, joy and peace of God's presence.

An everlasting punishment is for those who through impenitence and unbelief refuse to accept God's Word and suffer the wrath of God's judgement.
